You can contact us using all of the contact methods above. At times it can be hectic on the phone/support. Instead of calling, you can send us an email via the contact form button above. We will then either contact you by phone or send you an answer by email.
Information you provide to us will not be passed on and is only available to people associated with us. You can request that information about you be deleted at any time. In connection with the order, you agree that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to be able to offer the service you expect from us.
Who can shop online?
To be able to shop online with us, you must be at least 15 years old. If you are under 15 years of age, you must get an adult to order for you. If you wish to shop on credit, you must be over 18 years of age.
We aim to have the absolute best security around sales on the internet, handling of personal data and payment. We have therefore adapted our operations to the requirements the Norwegian authorities, through Distansehandel Norge, have set for safe internet trading.
You are able to pay with VIPPS or with credit card. You will be charged for the order amount when the order is executed.
There are no VAT on the product. No other fees than what is shown as the total in the checkout are added to the purchase.
All our prices are stated in EUR or NOK.
How will you receive you entrance?
You will receive a sms with a link to a coupon. This coupon you show to the registration desk at the venue.
Cancellation of your ticket
There are no return of money, but you are able to re-sell you ticket to others. If you re-sell your ticket, send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the name, email and mobile number of the person that has bought your ticket.
Cancellation of event
If the event should be cancelled, your payment will be returned within 5 days of the announcement of the cancellation.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the Consumer Council's guidelines for complaints!
